Do I need a formal diagnosis?

Nope. If you feel like the usual advice doesn’t work for your brain, you’re in the right place.

Is this like therapy?

No. Coaching focuses on forward movement and building practical systems. It complements therapy but isn’t a replacement.

What if I have a bad week and disappear?

That’s part of why I offer coaching through Voxer—so we can adjust in real time, not punish you for being human.

How structured is this coaching?

As structured as you need it to be. Some people want a clear plan, others need gentle check-ins and room to explore. We'll co-create a rhythm that feels good to your nervous system.

What if I don’t even know what I need help with yet?

That’s okay. A lot of folks come in feeling overwhelmed or unclear. Together, we’ll figure out what’s actually draining you—and build from there.
